BELTS & HOSES

Product Description

Heavy duty equipment engines operate using multiple belts, called V-belts. These belts run off the engine’s crankshaft pulley to drive multiple peripheral devices such as; the alternator, air conditioning compressor, power steering pumps, air compressor pump and water pumps. CTP V-Belts are engineered to run maintenance-free to keep your equipment operating without the need for re-tensioning. CTP offers a variety of Engine and Air Brake hoses. The hoses meet either SAE 100R5 and SAE J1402 standards. They are used in a wide range of engine and brake applications such as medium pressure petroleum based hydraulic service; air and water service; lubrication oils and diesel fuel service. Temperature range from -40C to +70C.

Engine Hoses: From turbo inlet hoses to aftercooler hoses, not all hoses are made the same. The operating condition determines the type of rubber material that is used to manufacture a specific hose. CTP carries a full line of specialty engine hoses.

Hydraulic Hose: A hydraulic hose system consists of high pressure hydraulic hose and tubing, machines and components, and specialized hydraulic line fittings for securing the line. Hydraulic hoses are used for high pressure fluid power applications on mobile and fixed machinery. CTP carries a large inventory of high-quality hydraulic hoses. All our hose assemblies meet SAE performance standards and provide efficient and reliable hose connection.

Acquiring the proper hydraulic hose for any application is essential to the proper operation and safe use of hydraulics and related equipment. At CTP we provide high quality hose assemblies for multiple applications such as construction, agriculture, oil and gas, manufacturing, and transportation.

Belt Tensioner

Heavy duty cast aluminum body for extra strength and durability. Heavier pulley arms to withstand greater torque. Lubricated bearings for long lasting service

Pulleys

There are four types of engine pulleys; crank pulleys, accessory pulleys, idler pulleys and tensioner pulleys. The crank pulley is the drive pulley, which is attached to the crankshaft.

Hose Clamps

All CTP Clamps are made of stainless steel. They are designed for performance and manufactured with the highest quality standards to deliver durability and reliability.
